Really, why do you guys put so much money into rides? Ontario is probably the worst place to try and let loose. It seems pointless to drop thousands in mods when you can’t even let your baby rip to it’s full potential… haha.
Not ragging on you guys at all though, I get the whole thing about just spending time with the car, and the satisfaction you get, but damn. Seems like it’s really only worth getting coilovers and a few engine mods and stuff.

Honest, no offense or anything. But that was by far one of the dumbest questions I’ve ever heard in all my 18 years living. Its like me going to a kid playing basketball and being like. " whats the point in practising? Your never going to make it to the NBA, so whats the point?" It’s a hobby, an addiction, a passion. It’s what people do. Sure im still a noob, and I’m poor, but I’ve semi experienced it. And the satisfaction of doing little things like, cleaning your car, or adding horsepower or anything in general, goes a long way. And at the end of the day, you feel better as a person. Im not speaking for everyone, but this is just a quick explanation as to how I feel. Who cares about the cops, and the law, and yadda yadda. As long as your not doing anything illegal, there should be no problem.

Tuning is a lifestyle, a habit/addiction/pastime of car enthusiasts. Although I do see your point in regards to having “no-point” in tuning, due to amount of unwanted attention…but at the same time, just be smart about it. Get out of Toronto, and things become much easier, on top of that as long as you don’t act like an idiot with you car on the streets (i’ll leave that definition up to you) and dont cause any harm/trouble, there really isnt any sort of problem…

fyi theres tracks in ontario. although limited. we do have them. the rest of the ppl that DONT track are just modding their cars cuz they want to and enjoy driving on the street with that performance. in summer we wuld go once a month, maybe u shuld come out and play with us.

and if the name means anything, you own a corvette? A car that most people keep in the garage for most days in the summer, maybe drive on weekends and not at all in the winter… what did that run you? Most people here have less than ten grand invested on a car that they actually use and have fun with and take it to the track to slide around…
