Im looking at picking up some new wheels and rubber for my S13 and was wondering how wide I can go on stock fenders.

9" rims will fit with a 235 tire and a rolled fender.
depending on offset, type of suspension; coilovers/sprint&strut and camber adjustment.
Whats the size and offset of the wheels you are looking at? and tires you are planning to run.
what about the fronts? Would 8.5" be too large?

What If I decided to upgrade my fenders to wider ones. Would I need to get a full budy kit as well to blend them to the body or would the new fenders fit the same as stock fenders?

same if you only get fronts
but im sure since our bumpers are urethane anything is possible
