hey guys i got a quick question

im looking to get new rims
im looking to get 17 x 9 with a +20mm offset in the rear
and 17 x 7.5 with a +32mm offset in the front

will these fit flush into a s13???
i got kei office coilovers

Peter, just get that size(edit: 17x9) all around with some 235/40 or 45. mint fitment and you will also be able to rotate tires around.

front won’t be flush, offset is too high.

get 17x9 +20 in rear 17x8 +15 in front

if u really want 7.5 in front…get offset +5

then ur s13 will be flush flush :slight_smile:
my s14 17x9+20 front is normal flush but my rears need a 10mil spacer lol…

dont bother trying to figure it out, just go with what people are telling you.

17 x 9 + 20 is fine on the front of an S13 i would say go with a 225 though.

that same size will have plenty of room on the rear of an S13 run a wider tire blah blah.

offeset if the distance of the mounting pad of the wheel from the centerline of the wheel. + offset means the distance of the face of the mounting pad surface of the wheel is + mm street side.

  • offset means the mounting pad surface of the wheel is - mm inward.

ok ok so say a +50mm offset would have a no lip at all … like a subaru?

17x9 +35 will not clear coilovers in the front.

17x9 +22 and the absolute highest you can go in the front to clear coilovers IIRC. And that’s with a 235 or smaller tire.

…I just said 17x9 +22 will fit, so you need a minimum of a 13mm spacer, I’d go with a 15 or 20mm to be safe.

but on my stock suspention its just hitting buy a half mm id say

Do you want to get coilovers some day? If so then you should get the spacers now, and it’ll make the wheels look better. But you can get a 3-5mm slip on for nwo to clear the stock suspension.
