A minor update on my 240. The past few months have yielded some bad lunk for my car. First at the track in september I blew up my tranny. Not to big of a problem since I wanted to go to a z32 anyway. Then last week with the car being parked at my friends house some one was nice enough to kick my driver side rear quarter panel and put a huge dent in it! Thanks to that person as they are probably reading this since I am willing to bet it was a pittspeed member.
Some good things finally happened today though. My s15 turbo kit is finally sold! Now it is on to bigger and better things. An update should follow next week with the final setup. I am thinking arounder 400 for the time being will suffice.

This week was quite the big week for ordering parts. I purchased a GT30R .63 a/r, and the adapter kit for the Z32 Tranny thats going in it. Things are starting to come together. Next week I should have the driveshaft, and the rest of the Hybrid Turbo kit so I can start putting it all together. The current goal is to hit 370 at the wheels and run a low 11 second pass.
As for the dent, it looks like one good pop and it will come out. Sure the paint will be cracked. But oh well, shit happens. It will get fixed one day. i am thinking about throwing some vinyl over it and calling it a day.

Right now we(Hybridynamics) is looking into some tuning options. I am thinking we are going to try out this software: http://www.plmsdevelopments.com/realtime.shtml Looks pretty badass and can do full logging.
Good luck with it man, I saw the dent too, thats messed up…but im sure Jeff will work his magic and get it fixed up for ya. When its done, i still have the garage wide open if you want to put it in there for the winter…just let me know.
Got a chance to do some work this weekend on the 240. Put in a long 12 hour day on Sunday but most of the hard stuff is done.

After about 30 minutes the tranny was right in. So much easier then the sr20
Progress is going pretty good, I have a few more things to button up but it should be able to run in a few more working days.
