Well you have flaws in your logic. Taxes are dependant on the AREA (town, city, village) you live, not the state.
Old people has no internets.
Florida is not a satisfying state to live in as far as I’m concerned.
It’s too damn humid, bugs are enormous, and there are too many old people.
True to some extent. Find me in this area or any part of NYS taxes that are $1,900-,$2,300 per year that have a nice living community.
Colonie
What a shit show.
Proof or it doesn’t exist.
My brothers taxes are some where around 2500
I’m going to make a fair guess he’s slightly above the $2,500 mark and that’s with his STARR exemption included into that which is a reduction of ~$1,000 (+ or - a couple hundred dollars).
What I am getting at is it’s extremely difficult to find something in the low $2,000.00 range per year for taxes.
Our taxes for our house is at 3600 and he has alot less property then we do. Its around 2500 he may be a little less
Property size doesn’t always mean everything too. Your parents have a really nice house though. Lot size, square footage of the house, the location of where it is, etc. all go into it too.
That would be awesome!!! u could move there too:excited lol, everyone thinks of the heat when they think of arizona, but most dont realize its a different kind of heat, there is no humidity at all so u dont get sweaty, and just like when it gets really cold here we go inside, same applies there when it gets too hott u stay inside:thumbup plus with all the sun out there I would/will invest in alot of solar panels and end up with a little to nothing a/c electric bill.:thumbup
To all extent.
I pay 2300 a year but i have star exemption. East Greenbush as well, and we have crazy taxes out here.
Just take into consideration the cost of the solar panels and what it costs to have them installed. Are they really worth it? How long would it take to make up the difference and save you money as opposed to using conventional methods of electricity? What type of maintenance and up keep is required for solar panels and how long do they last before they have to be replaced.
Who else is getting tired of the people in NYS?
Everyone I see in the general public seems to be depressed or down in some shape or form. Everyone’s always seems pissed off and in a rush to go nowhere.
Lighten up you fucks!
theres alot of grants available for the panels, my old boss just bought some for his house it ended up being $17,500.00 but after all the grants he got for them he only had to pay $2,159.00 so its not too bad really
Haha. My dad has 150 acres, half of which is in Argyle, the other half in Hebron. We use it mostly for hunting, 4wheeling, etc. Well the argyle half is $300/year per acre for taxes but Hebron is trying to milk my dad for $2500/acre per year!!! We have been fighting it for a long as time and finally we are making headway. The land they are taxing us $2500/year per acre for is landlocked and 75% marsh/swamp with no chance of ever being able to build there. Try to make sense of that one.
Jason is a buzzkill, half of the people in NY hate it but will never do anything about it, Arizona is too far from the ocean for me to live there.
There are your cliff notes. I don’t see any more points to be made.

Coming from someone who was born in San Diego and swims like a fish:
I hate being IN the ocean.
It’s great to look at/hear/smell.
But salt water fucking bloooooooooows.
Fresh water all day baby.
I would pretty much have to agree with everything you just said.
What kind of fish are you exactly Benny?
