Who makes the rules?

If you’re going to make intentionally dense statements to spur conversation, you need to hide it a little better than that. :lol

Read a history book. Go back a few thousand years for a background, skim your way up to the 15th century, then read carefully until 2009.

And we didnt vote on the bailout because the US is a republic. We vote for representatives to decide what’s best for us. If you don’t like how the bailout went down, vote for a representative that better represents YOUR views.

Instead, people have no idea how the government works, its history, how many seats in the house and the senate, when they can vote for them, what their policies are, etc etc. Then they just bitch about the results on the internet.
