Shoulda bought a Harley. Had 4 pre 75 bikes head down to Cleveland and back without a hiccup.
Ok. One hiccup but that was the error of the builder.

Fish + welder.
Do the math.
(= exhaust broke)
i certainly wouldn’t be any better
Black everywhere.
Fuel.
Why are there two men on a Sportster???
never seen it milk like that, but what do I know… Carb issue i would hope?
It’s almost a digger but man I have to agree. Usually don’t like that look but I love his bike.
Hoping but too early to say.
Is that a Honda pull starter on the primary? FUCK that.
NON-FUNCTIONAL. HAHA
120ish on right cylinder after 2 kicks, 40ish on right after many many kicks. Said fuck it and painted my porch spindles and railings.
I can’t edit for some reason-that should be 40ish on left cylinder.
doing leakdown next Quattro?
Did a leakdown-all coming out of the crankcase vent. Ordered rings, headgasket, and some other hardware.
Although it’s not old enough to be considered “vintage” it still looks vintage with the patina it’s sustained throughout the years. From all the motorcycles I’ve owned until now, this is still one of my favorites thus far.
A few months back, @focusinprogress and myself quickly built a CB550 for a pal of mine:
no wonder you got broken hands and wrists left and right! didn’t your momma ever teach you not to do bike tricks?!
Ha! Cast is on in that picture lol. Will take more than a broken hand to stop me from riding. -_-
It was much funnier with 3 people on it doing the same thing.
That Ural is bad ass! Jr keeps asking me about a sidecar for one of the bikes, maybe I can steal the Ural and see if he likes it?
Been riding the wheels off this beast. Taken it all over WNY for work-only issue was I arrived sans notebook once as it fell out of the folder I had wedged between the back of the seat and the little grab handle.
If I don’t park it over the cardboard, it will put down 2 drops of oil. Not a ton, just enough to piss me off. If I put down the cardboard-it’s spotless when I move the bike.
Even has a built in cupholder allowing me my morning coffee. I get some strange looks going through the drive thru
The bike is the easiest kick start bike I own. The Tri-Spark makes it an actual one kick bike when warm-I think starting a lawn mower is harder.
