Why is my car so slow??

I tested all sensors and they are all to spec. No trouble codes from ECU. Compression test gave me 150 psi on all cylinders, that would explain the slowness?

Things I did were set the timing, clean grounds and clean throttle body. That made the engine smoother and got rid of some hesitation but its still slow and my idle is still rough. This leads me to believe I have a vacuum leak somewhere or IACV is clogged.

How long ago was it since you checked your PCV Valve?
