Anyone get the 1020 yet?
I’m due for an upgrade in September probably going to grab it.
Damn, I might finally have a reason to switch over to AT&T now. Doesn’t look like Verizon is offering this phone…
I’m sticking with my 920 for now, primarily because I’m on T-Mobile and have to wait until an international version of the 1020.

Also, sometime this month is the Amber & GDR2 updates will be out which bring glance mode & double tap to wake to Nokia Lumia phones. 1020 should already have this.
(Short background; all Nokia phones have had the ability to check the time, notifications of missed calls, texts, etc. when the phone was locked just by looking at the screen. But when Nokia started using Windows Phone, none of the Nokia’s had it. They’re bringing it back.)
Looks like this when off (Nokia N9) and proximity sensor blacks out the screen when it’s in your pocket.
Well I just checked my upgrade date is September 2nd so I will post up a review then.
Josh, that looks very similar to the Zune.
Some of the apps kinda suck right now like Concur(for expenses and booking travel)
I assume as Windows 8 adoption grows the apps will get better
I’ve never owned a Zune so I wouldn’t know. This was standard on Nokia phones in some way for years.
This is what I have. Great build quality, interface is nice, 64GB. However, there are like 10 apps for it, the Smart DJ feature kind of sucks.
Oh you’re talking about the OS itself. Well, yeah, WP8 is made by Microsoft, lol.
And the images of the N9 above looks like the exact same font too.
^Lol I know you silly gooser. Zune is really where the whole Metro interface stemmed from. Even the physical build is similar. Microsoft just sucks ass at marketing, pricing, etc with this stuff.
