hey, mine just started doing that recently…Where is the TCU?
Just manover the switch inbetween the delyas and it won’t go on.
Timing Control Unit.

It controls pulses like for example wiper motor delay paulse, cluster diming light pulse etc…
where’s it located? Need to change asap!
Driver side Kickpanel the little white box.

I hope thats your problem it was for me.
Its simple to fix.
yah, simple, except when your pissed off that your car won’t start and use bruteforce to get off kickpanel and break it.
