I hereby suggest “NYSPEED Bowling Challenge” for one of the nights.
I searched for bowling centers, and there are a few within minutes of the Speedway and obviously several within the city.

And sorry Josh, but I’ve never been to Indy - the last thing I’m going to do is spend my night in the city bowling. 
Josh, there isnt that much to do, it’s the midwest. :lol: But like any city, a decent bus or cab isnt badly priced, and even “out” of the city it’s a 10 minute drive in.

Those who voted, please post up that you did. You don’t have to say for which option - I just want to make sure that everyone who is going has a say in this. I’m going to make plans based around the hotel location that results from this poll. That’s not to say you can’t stay somewhere else and still join us, it’s just where the majority of people want to stay.
I voted out of town for teh cheap.
I also voted Outside.
I’m going to give this about another week or so before the hotel stuff is final. So if anyone still has some input, post up. I’m leaning toward staying outside the city so no one is held back by the $$$ aspect.

since i am going for the trip as a whole, not just the race, i’d like to maximize the awesomeness. Voted for inner city. 
No hotel decisions have been made yet… still trying to decide in city or outside city… right now city is winning.
Is there anyone who wants to go that will seriously be stopped from going if we pick the city? You can PM me if you don’t feel like making it public.
I want to have all the plans finalized by the weekend.
