Winter driving a 240's smart or stupied?

Bought it off ronnie with no liners. lol. need to check these part out threads now.

I winter drove my coupe, i put the stock suspension in, winter tires on steelies and sometimes i’d add 25-50lbs in the trunk. No problems and lots of sliding…

Sorry to threadjack, but this is still kinda relevant to topic…

I went to Krown today to get my shit rustproofed. So they sprayed my car with this oil and told me it’s fine. Now, Krown is no sleazy place, which is the only reason why I went to them: Everyone recommended it. But, is this oil enough to last me the winter? Should I wait for the oil to dry out and soak in and rocker guard my rockers?

^^ yah, the oil will soak in, takes about a week or so. That oil spray will last 6 months (so they say) probably even longer. I usually go once every other year, and I dont even drive mine during the winter.

if u wana keep ur car long term keep it a summer/dry weather only car… if u dont care, well… as everyone said rust proof it and run winter tires but i wouldnt hell no.

I put mine away… cant believe i havent driven it for 4 days now :frowning: I’m sad lol. Six more months :frowning:
