Ive been hitting the gym Monday thru Friday, starting last week.
Tuesdays and Thursdays I just do cardio- 17 miles in an hour on the bike.

On Sundays I take an actual bike ride on a bike path.

Wow, the diets on here are way different from my dad’s diet. My dad has competed in the masters class for the past two years, and all he basically ate was chicken, beef, salads, pop tarts (after workouts), and lots of vegetables. He got down to 150lbs this year, from 180lbs. The bad part about that is in the next three days after his contest he gained around 20lbs of it back. For some reason he seems to get lots of injury’s now, likely because hes 51. Anyway hes getting better though, did a light leg set with him a few days ago. We were doing 6 plates per side for around 8 reps. Later this week though I am going to try to brake the 1000lb mark.

Lol it hurts, thats the good part about it. Just try a hard leg workout 600lbs and up. You will be sore for a few days after the first time.
