get the M4 … come back to buffalo for a weekend … spend it training with me… that M4 with be more deadly in your hands than any hand gun
Yeah, they were worth maybe $225. I don’t know what scope was on them but nothing good.
Hi-Point pistols are as cheap as their price. Ghetto gangster kid gun or plinker thats not worth sending it in to Hi-point every 100 rounds from what I hear.
I have a Hi-Point 9mm carbine and love it. Very fun and reliable and amo is cheap.
It’s kind of fun to picture Howie carrying a shotgun. I’d get a rifle over a handgun unless you want to carry. I bought a handgun cause I carry it with me depending on where I’m going/what I’m driving.
HOME: Shotgun
FUN: Rifle
handguns are shit
I use this for home defense:
Jamison?
That’s great home defense…!
It doesn’t look like it, but I hope that flashlight isn’t attached to the shotty.
It depends really on what level assassin you are.
Beginners use a rifle but as you get better you will upgrade to a pistol then eventually a knife.
Name the Movie!
OP, I’m pretty sure the rifle in the link you posted is not legal to be sold in NYS. You could buy a used one configured like that, but not new. Not with the flash hinder, telescoping stock, etc.
An important point for home defense is accessibility. This does not look “at the ready” for any type of home defense situation.
i think the rifle is a much more well rounded option, its compact and fun to shoot. but they can be a bitch to clean as it is an gas powered rifle, so the blowback causes alot of carbon to enter the weapon. and the rifle is much easier to become proficient with. my .02cents

+1. no flash suppressor. but who needs one.
Pin the stock and install a brake.
I wouldn’t worry too much about the flash suppressor, there is no definition on what a flash suppressor is in NY penal code, so its unlikely you would be the precedent case. Just make sure its permanent.
Get the handgun permit and build your own AR over time. That is if you can get any AR lowers anymore. After Obama got elected everyone bought them up. .223 Ammo is getting expensive and harder to find now a days as well.
Companies are producing lowers at a faster and faster rate. You can find them easily you’re just going to pay a bit more than you did a year ago.
And ammo scarcity is universal. Even .22 is being bought up in some places. You can find .223 for the same price it has been since before the election. I bought 400 good quality, brass, 55gr FMJ for $8/20 the other day.
Lots of people are stockpiling, thinking they’ll be rich and once the credit companies come knocking they will dump it for $cheap.
