Im looking for some input because im trying to buy a car to drift with,
for the same price would you rather have a turn key 240 with a stock KA in it or a project 240 which has a SR20 with extra mods but needs body work and interior?

id rather save my money then either of those options to be honest
Save your money and then put it towards what when it comes to a drift car?
If the sr runs I’d take the sr. Interior you can get cheap. How bads the body?
x2 for the SR if it runs. sr + 240 is all you need. you dont need interior to drift. you dont need body work to drift. youre going to slam a wall anyways if you havent drifted before. its inevitable.
all true except the slamming into a wall part… i’m living proof
“project 240” is most likely a headache someone’s unfinished build
If you don’t have much money and want to learn to drift, buy a decent 240 with the ka. And go beat the hell out of it. List of mods should be diff, coils then wheels and tires.
turn key 240 with the KA, learn to drift, and do the swap when you are ready, because as I imagine bodywork would be intense, it took me a while to find my 240, even though it wasnt a priority, I was lurking on them for like a bit over a year because most of the bodies were jammed up…
get as stock as you can get. that way you know you don’t get anyone’s retarded hack job. or at least the chance is smaller.
why wry about making some dents when u are already looking for an SR 240 that needs body wrk??
