i’m actually surprised that most of you are capable of doing the division required to figure out MPG.
I get 14.4 in my truck and thats sitting in traffic with the AC on every day I work. :dunno:
Edit - When we went out to the all truck nationals, I was averaging 19.5-20 MPG with the AC on and doing about 75-80 the whole way…
if the spot ur vehicle u could also win free gas for a year…that the only reason y i threw 1 on my truck

I get about 8-10 in my truck shifting at 1500 rpm in every gear and coasting everywhere I can. 
I’m thinking that if I rebuild the engine for about $900 and get everything running right, I could possibly see 12-14mpg, but I really don’t think it’s worth the work and money. I put $25/week in my truck and drive it 2 times to work a week and take the kids out for a spin on the weekends sometimes.
my 00 zr2 s10 when the tranny was making noises… and i babied it i got up 2 20mpg… tranny’s fixed… and i drive normal… and i can t get better then 14mpg! average 12-14mpg… which SUCKS…
my zx6r gets 31mpg if its just me riding…short distances… 55mpg if i actaully travel with it…
my pgt only gets 18-21…

it’s my opinion that if you have to worry about gas prices that bad then you should re-budget yourself to allocate funds for gas… it’s not like gas is THAT expensive… you old guys should remember the early to mid-80’s when gas was this expensive…

I agree but the biggest problem is, the price of everything is going up except what companies pay their employees which is bullshit. More and more you see companies wanting to pay less and put a bigger work load on the person so they can enjoy their 6 figure incomes as a cock sucking managment person…

Being at the bottom of the pay rate in my company they think that cuttin mine and my collegues hours to skimp on paying us benifits they are saving themselves money. Its nice to know that my salary can force my company into bankrupcy :jerkit: Cheap ass fuckers. They way you change things to save money is cut from the top. I can think of more than a handful of high up front office people and a few players that i could do the job just as bad as them and i’ll do it for a hell of a lot less.

ummmm, yeah right. Big corporations do, not itty-bitty corporations like the one I work for. And Mike’s whooping 3% isn’t that fantastic either. That’s a couple more cents an hour.
