I will absolutely do this if you are an idiot in the left lane and won’t move.
I did this once to some shmuck on my way to VA for like 40 minutes. I wasn’t in a hurry and eventually drove behind him for like 10 miles with my high beams on. The idiot still wouldn’t move and was doing 70 in a 70. I finally passed him, he flashed his highs at me, I slowed down and got behind him AGAIN and proceed to high beam him for another 10 miles.
I rage sometimes. :rofl
I really don’t think people in VA understand the concept of left lane passing.
