Looks fucking great  cool project.

Boat looks amazing.

Stunning.

If you dont mind me asking, aside from the initial investment of the the boat, how much do you have into this?

So far I think it’s in the ballpark of $750…give or take a few hundo. $100 of this went to the trailer (new swivel jack, ratchet winch, and hitch coupler)

Tonight, got her flipped back over:) Used the same ratchet strap method, but had a friend help this time just in case…

On the trailer…threw the old top back on just to get a better visual of a somewhat finished looking boat, this won’t be used as it’s pretty beat up. This is a really shitty picture…

JUST IN TIME FOR WINTER! you can sea trial it down here if need be

Hi.

Gutting the interior…here’s the pully system for the steering.

Then…top, dash, steering wheel removed…cleaned the shit out of the inside…sanded where I could…

then, brushed on a layer of epoxy to seal the wood.

Took on a deep color, thankfully.

Opted to make a new dash board as the old one had several holes I didn’t want to deal with plugging, also I have a different vision for dry storage rather than just an open hole. 1" piece of soliod mahagony:)

4’x8’ 4mm thick sheet of mahagony was cut and temporarily screwed down. This will serve as the ‘subdeck’, on top of this will go a 1/4" layer of mahagony serving as the final layer.

Took some opportunities to class up the top while I was at it. Rounded corners and an 1" overhand over the dash…

Next steps will be to glue and screw these top pieces down, then trim the overhangs!

Looks so awesome!

sooo much work. Hate to be the first guy to put a scratch in this thing. Look forward to more updates.

Looks great. Can’t wait to see it when you have it complete.
