That cheap shit tint usually comes off fairly easily. All you need is a razor blade and a bottle of Goo Gone.
For the rear window you can use a plastic razor blade to avoid removing the defroster lines.
I took the shitty purple tint off a truck I had when I was younger with a razor blade and Goo Gone and it came off easy.
