BB Storm

$249 is the 2 year contract price.

i assumed that renewing your contract was the same as that anyways? guess its even more awesome, which works out for me

if you are eligible for the NE2 upgrade, and the $100 tier, then yes it works pretty well.

You’re wife, who I think is a $9.99 add on, would not qualify for that $100.

:word:

i don’t think hers is up for renewal anyways… I offered to give her my q9m but she likes her samsung flip it both ways phone.

for him it is

so you definitely can’t get these without the data plan? not sure im ready to spend “big bucks” on a cell phone. yes, i am a cheap bastard.

$30 data plan required…

not sure why you’d want it without a data plan though, not much point :stuck_out_tongue:

not at all.

so the instant $100…what that just something on your account?

edit: never mind…saw it was because you were up for renewal.

$100 for that phone is a deal imho and my contract is up for renewal at the end of the month.

at least $30.

Corporate service is $45.

This is like a never ending quest to get people to believe there is a required data plan…

lol…i read it earlier in the thread, but wasn’t sure what it entailed.

Just spoke to Verizon. Phone will be released Friday. He said they should have plenty of phones for sale, but just in case come at 10am when they open.

$249.99 for new customers with a $50 rebate (2-year contract). Cheapest data plan is $30 and required. Not sure the exact cost for existing customers. He did say if you arent eligible for an upgrade it would cost around $450.

i just got a curve and i love it. no touch screen ftw

i have had both touchscreen and non touchscreen… i preferred the non touchscreen in all circumstances, however if this actually has a GOOD touchscreen i wont mind it.

edit: touchscreens with stylus fucking sucks

I dont know how anyone could declare it FTW if they havent used it yet…

On a side note Verizon guys… The charging dock how much is that please?

we need to have a BB PIN thread

so yeah for new customers and existing secondary lines the phone will be 200 after the $50 MIR. for existing customers who are primary lines it will either be 150 or 100, depending on what your NE2 credit is. $30 is tech not the cheapest, there is a $25 10mb plan, but i don’t know anyone who would want that when they can have unlimited for $5 more. idk about in WNY but here in sd almost all the stores are opening early at 7am for the launch, might wana check into that

edit: lol at evolve’s sig, i wish i could put that banner up in my store…

on the verizon website, the $25 plan is only for pda’s and smartphones that are NOT BlackBerry devices(ie Palm and Windows based).

im pretty sure it can still be added at the store, ill check next time i work. if not im pretty sure it would be able to be added over the phone through cust. care

word

verizon has a ‘blackberry plan’ according to them.
