Each company has their own breakdown of ‘stages’
a Stage 3 SPEC clutch is TOTALLY different than Southbend Stage 3.
Not to mention the material of a clutch plays a much bigger role in alot of cases than the clamping force itself.
Point of the story, stop quoting Stages.

Right. I saw your post said SPEC and I thought the OP was talking about SPEC clutches. It’s early, i’m tired, and i’ve been doing math HW since 8AM.

Anyhow, I am a SPEC fan but every single platform seems to have their good/bad experiences. Get one that has positive reviews in your platform and that maintains your expected torque.

as for spec, im not a fan, i dunno, seeing alot last year fail. and being at inline a couple times and tailing to dave, and a couple other nissan guys, i dunno.
