Big thumbs up to Wayne64SS

Yeh jimp had issues with it before too lol

or just wait till mid summer

:thumbup Yeah if you are getting oil coming out of your catch can, it’s not working right. That’s the whole idea of a catch can, to catch the oil :rofl

Yea early in the year he thought he dropped a valve with the little bit of smoke and felt like he was losing some power

Been using it again thou and so far so good

if it were unmetered air it would have to go in after the MAF sensor, and that fitting is before the sensor. also most people just vent the crankcase pressure from the valve cover to the atmosphere throught a catch can with a vent and not back into the intake system at all. i dont see a problem with what you have right now considering the stock system just goes right back into the intake, it just might lose power compared to venting it without going back to the intake.

right, his particular setup is before the MAF, but on cars like my cobra, they aren’t. I was going after a theory in general, not specifically his car.

Why would he loose power? You don’t think negative pressure in the crankcase would help power production?

I think he means loosing power if it is after the maf

I couldn’t find a Supra with an aftermarket can utilizing a different way to do it than how we did…

yea my tune is all botchy too. :Idiots

Because you are turbz that is probably the best way. The only other way would be routing the catch can output to the exhaust system (it’s the only other constant vacuum (venturi) source.

yea, I like / believe in this option as well.

Not sure if you’ve ever seen the pump, but it “advertises” on that single side
something to the tune of “Sunoco Race Fuel”…I know some people that only run
Sunoco gas…I personally wouldn’t fill up on the RUNWAY Jumpoff, but Ive heard from
other people that its legit and without problems…mehh

What gas do you guys prefer (low ethanol) for the 93+ octane
Ill be looking for a regular fill station in a few weeks :ninja

I get my 93 from the Pilot truck stop off of 25a or the cumbys near Goleb. cheapest prices around too. Cobra seems ok with it.

I’ve had no issues with the 93 from around this area. Run it in the Supra all the time.

STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM MY CUMBYS BITCH!

Thou wayne, srsly I live 2 mins away down dunsville, stop by sometime

oh word. come out to the house, i’m too busy to make pit stops lately! fuck!

You usually out in the shop every night or what?

Lately he has been… :rofl

yea usually. if i’m not working on someones garbage, i’m working on my own garbage.

you’re a dick.

100% taking my car to Wayne for a new clutch when it’s time.
