usually i agree with you, but today i think your wrong… Which person in YOUR opinion is MORE of a scumbag and deserves to be punished MORE morally?.. A mechanic that says you need a new motor to a 60 yr old man, he pays $2,500 for one and his car just needed a set of spark plugs or a stupid bored kid doing wheelies in the middle of the street???
BTW, if the officers knew they were doing the right thing, why did they call it an “accident”?
