Bronx illegal dirt bike riders stopped by police killing one an injuring another.

Only read the first page and my reply is prolly OT now but it’s the first time I’ve seen this thread.

Lack of any safety gear: Check
Blatant disregard for their, and the surrounding publics safety: Check

Therefore I’d show more remorse if it was a squirrel the cop hit. He should get a pat on the back for ending the situation in the quickest possible way.

Honestly if someone stole a good amount of money that would cripple my worth… I’d chase them and run them over if I had to using whatever force was needed. Thinking about getting arrested wouldn’t even be on my mind nor would the consequences if I killed the person.

But that’s just me…

I think alot of people are mis-understanding my thoughts and point of view.

Having no remorse for his death and saying the policemans conduct was acceptable is two totally different things… I have ZERO remorse either lol… Hes not my brother… hes black… I’ve never met him… I dont care… at ALL.

My issue… again, going all the way back to the first page, “they should be shot on sight”… Saying that is the same as saying its ok for the cop to not use common sense while apprihending the suspect… You dont become a police officer by filling out a 1 page app and piss in a cup, you have training and very specific guidelines to follow…

Since everyone wants to bring the shotgun episode up, lets use that… Cops draw at me at gun point bc he didnt no the story… if i dropped the gun and ran, you do understand that he wouldnt have shot me right? he would of holstered his gun and chased me… If i ran and he decided to shoot me 12 times would it be justified? Im sure a few pricks on here will say yes just to say yes, but the fact of the matter would be, that cop would be off the force and probably in jail for manslaughter…

His conduct in this situation was exessive and un called for knowing that they had no saefty gear on.

I say this because I personally have had fun riding a dirtbike on the street when I didnt have a place to ride… not every day but I did… When i was doing so, my intentions were to have fun… I didnt want to hurt anyone, I didnt want to crash into anyone and run, ext… If a cop was to chase me and the railroad tracks were near, I was probably going to head to the tracks, just like anyone on here would… To say you wouldnt would be saying you dont speed… We dont speed to hurt others, we dont drive our cars fast to hurt anyone around us, were just being foolish and having fun… I wouldnt want a cop to ram into me, saying its an accident for that matter and kill me… I dont think it would be right… It’s a fast way out of paper work and investigation. Do some actual police work, you know my description, you know the bikes description, you know the areas im riding in, im not a cop and im pretty sure with that information id be able to find you very quickly and safely without risking someones life when they didnt put mine in danger.

+1

I didn’t read all the info, did the guy die from head trauma? If so, then the guy defnitely did it to himself.

The cop didn’t even hit them that hard

Did anyone see the video of the white kids that just got out of private school, went home, did their household chores & homework, then proceeded to video tape themselves with all their gear, helmets, gloves, registered and legal bikes, happily riding down the road while speaking in complete and coherent sentences describing their actions on said motobikes?

Bottom line is these guys are retarded. Zero gear. Bikes not even registered, insured or probably even in legal possession. Riding recklessly, blowing lights, stop signs, no signals, breaking tons of V&T laws. Video taping it, throwing it out publicly like a “yeah it was me, what are ya going to do about it?”. Speaking in incoherent piss poor English like the un-educated, social failures that they are. Showing and admitting (to look badass) on camera they don’t care about the public, the police or their own safety.

Simply put, if they don’t care and already understand the risk involved with their actions… WHY THE FUCK SHOULD THE PEOPLE INFORCINGTHE LAWS AND SAFTY WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE CLEARLY NOT GIVING A FUCK ABOUT candy coat their actions towards them? The preppy ass white kids in my first example stand a FAR better chance of not being run the fuck over if they were about to be pulled over!

Yes the section 518 guys do this, but atleast they have gear, legal bikes, and do the illegal shit they do WAY more calculated then these idiots do. AND they are not IGNORANT to the fact that if they get caught, or go down, they probably got whats coming to them. Yes we all do illegal and stupid shit time to time, but there is a giant difference between one of the dumb activities VS a giant list of retarded activities all rolled into one event.

I ALWAYS stood behind my stupidity. If I was in those retards shoes, I 100% got what I deserved and I would know it. If I crash doing a wheelie on my bike and get hurt, I would NOT ask for sympathy from ANYONE. If I ran from the cops and got hit and hurt while being stopped, same thing, I got what I deserved and can man up and say I did. Fuck those good for nothing ignorant gold diggers, I hope the judge sides on the police, and charges these people for their actions and the court fees for wasting their time.

a bit excessive i would say

So what you’re saying is the guy who “purposely causes harm and sufferage to others” by being reckless and putting many, many people in danger through his reckless actions does NOT deserve to die, but the guy who sells someone fake goods does? You should go takeout all of the counterfeit bag sellers on Fifth Avenue right now, since they’re conning housewives from Nebraska and North Carolina out of millions very year.

I’m still trying to wrap my head around the idea that you’d actually say you would have killed someone for stealing $3,000. Must have meant a lot to you.

I understand your point of view, but you obviously dont mine… Most fake bag sellers are selling them as fakes, not real… I believe if your intentionally trying to fuck someone over by robbing/scamming them, that makes you a bad person, I dont think it makes you a bad person by riding a motorcycle unsafely on the street, it makes you a stupid person…

Honest question:

Do you think it’s safe to assume all that hooliganism over the years resulted in some kind of property damage?

Cutting people off, crashing into cars, causing other accidents etc…

And once they did happen, do you believe the parties involved got properly compensated by these “stupid” people for the damages they caused?

im sure in a ton of cases alot of negative things have happened, maybe some even resulting in deaths of innocent people… In my own personal opinion this is still called an accident… While its much higher risk due to there stupidity, I feel like they, and I know when I used to, never had any intentions of hurting anyone or there property, just wanted to have fun… If I got caught I wouldnt say “oh fuck you” for this not being legal, id suck it up and pay whatever fine or ticket they would give me because I know its not right, but that is WAY different then what upstates post on scammers and thieves as there pretty much “Cutting people off, crashing into cars, causing other accidents etc” ON PURPOSE!

A lot of posts here have gone off topic and made bad comparisons.

To me the cliff notes are - you break the law? Prepare to be stopped by police.

Refuse to stop after being caught breaking the law and run from the cops? Prepare for them to use force to stop and apprehend you.

/thread.

BINGO.

to further that, once you faced the repercussions of your long list of mistakes, not admitting guilt then taking that one step farther by pointing the guilty finger at someone OTHERTHAN YOURSELF… takes you from a dude that made a mistake to a dude that’s a straight up piece of shit in society.

Dude fucked off on something he shouldn’t have, in a place he shouldn’t have, in a way he shouldn’t have. Proved he knew what he was doing was wrong by running from the cops when they caught him. Got caught and hurt, then tried to shift the blame off his shoulders to the officers…. That’s the actions taken from a straight up piece of shit in society.

usually i agree with you, but today i think your wrong… Which person in YOUR opinion is MORE of a scumbag and deserves to be punished MORE morally?.. A mechanic that says you need a new motor to a 60 yr old man, he pays $2,500 for one and his car just needed a set of spark plugs or a stupid bored kid doing wheelies in the middle of the street???

BTW, if the officers knew they were doing the right thing, why did they call it an “accident”?

that comparison is too apples to oranges. Ones taking advantage of someone, other is putting themselves and others at physical harm and showing blatant disregard for the laws. He wasnt just doin willies because he had nothing todo, they do it over and over every chance they get, with consistent disregard for the law and safety. Section boys get board and do willes too, 9-10 times they are in a parking lot with full gear as NOT to cause trouble. Calculated risks VS not giving a fuck.

Someone going 75mph in a 55 full gear and pulls over when lights come on VS someone going 100mph in a 55 no gear, flips the cop off and boots it when the lights come on… Which one should be punished more? Thats apples to apples. Both people breaking a speed law, first guy admits it and tucks tail accepting the mistake. Other dude says fuck you to the law and tries to “win” under his own terms. Now which one is MORE of a scumbag and deserves to be punished MORE morally. :number1

Very good point on the second part though. If it was just doing my job, whys it called an accident? If it were me, my badge and my chief wanted me to call it an accident to cover shit up… I would be on the news the next day with my letter of resignation and making a statement saying it wasnt an accident and I WAS doing my job. But thats just me… I aint here to play nice some would say.

I think it’s called an accident because most likely (and we’ll never know for sure) his intentions were to just stop him, not kill him. The term accident is referring to his death not the incident as a whole.

A cop has one job - to stop and apprehend law breakers, especially if they put others at risk with their actions.

To be honest, I’m more pissed they let these guys go on for this long without finding ways to stop them.

If the guy never slammed on his brakes it would be one thing, but he did and those idiots cut him off by going straight through the intersection instead of going down the street as the cop expected.

Listen to video, “accidentally rammed into him” i think i remembered it saying

where are these guys doing wheelies in parking lots? Didnt no riding on the opposite side of the road was the “safe” way to ride lol… These kids should all die too I suppose, only difference is there a taadd bit smarter, wearing gear.

btw, my comparison was related to upstates post about his opinion on scam artists not as bad as these kids riding there dirtbikes… Only difference was I changed the scenario a bit so that you could relate as i KNOW you HATE to be called a scammer and would never say you did work you didnt.
