are you dumb?> i couldnt move over to start off with. i slowed down to under the speed limit for safe passing and having an outstanding traffic ticket will not affect me crossing the boarder, unless i was driving the car. get your head out of your ass!

i blew off 2 tickets in canada, one for radar and one for passangers not being buckled up in the back seat. i never got shit for them.
