yes i drained the oil before i put new oil in. i have since replaced the ring and have 2 new rings in the engine. the cylinder walls were perfectly fine and i had them honed down at 51 auto. the only thing that i think that it can be is the oil. i am currently draining it and letting it sit for a while then put in .8 instead of 2.1 qts of oil
SINISTER the reason i didnt call you about the oil is because i got that it needed 2qts from a reliable source. (at least at the time i thought it was reliable) now i see that you only need 1/3 that amount. so i fucked up and i learned from my mistakes. hopefully be up and running in the next our with out spewwing oil.
well atleast u drained the oil, so thats good. if the cyl isnt messed up, then u r lucky. i cant imagine that it didnt get messed up, but i’ll take your word for it. hopefully the right amount of oil in the low-end will solve it. also, did u ever say what mix u were runnin? just curious.
im running about 35:1 i did a 32:1 mix but got 2.1 gallons of gas to put in the can. seems to be right in the middle of where everyone is running their mixes. and the bike still wont start. sounds like it wants to but i cant get it to fire. even drift starting it it wont start up. grrrrrrrrrrrr
holy shit i did not know bout the broke piston or using old rings. You need to drop all your tools and give ur bike to someone who knows what there doing. U can get freakin rings for $20 or less
like i stated before. new rings are in. both top and bottom. i am starting to think that its a crank case gasket. im about to fuckin throw the bike in the middle of prospect road and hope a bus or firetruck runs it over.
not for sale. sinister is gonna help me out. he PM’d me and said that we can tear it down and clean everything and check everything and see WTF is the matter
still spits a lil oil but thats prob because it has 1.2 qts of oil in the exhaust. gonna hopefully take it out on thurs to get a good run on it and hopefully get some of that oil out o fthe exhaust.
