also in Ohio if you get pulled over 2 times before you are 18 they take your license and wen you are 18 you have to go to court to get it back!
you don’t have to call in. I got a speeding ticket in a rental in OH and i got no points, my insurance was not notified becuase of the rental car and the fine was $93 or 94. i was doing 87 in a 70.
people on 119 are crazy!
when bob was tinting my windows we seen some crazy fuck on a bike flyby about 150mph with around a dozen or more cops chasing him… and he got away 
I had to call the district office for all 3 of mine. None of them had a tally of costs, just the infraction. When I called they asked for the ticket number, and verified my info on the ticket was correct and gave me the total fine costs and where to send the money.
this is like any other ticket…After seeing your driving skills matt I wouldn’t bet that maybe you could have possibly caused an innocent victim to crash…but not taking sides. For a $50 charge I would def/ appeal the ticket. You need to get rid of the points…to hell with the fine

Yeah … good luck with all of that… Sorry they screwed you over… And believe me cops do pull people over for doing absolutely Nothing… Its happend when I was at a stop light…
hell yeah they do … every time i drive my civic its something … hell i got a 190 dollar fine for a tail light out … no warning or anything but i won that fight in court.
thats why i bought my jeep grand cherokee , they dont even look at it hahahaha

i got pulled over 3 times this summer for nothing… twice by the same guy… 1 time last year he gave me a ticket… stopped me 2 more times this summer and had me for nothing… everytime its for a pathetic excuse… like “we got a report that you were swerving (sp?) all over the road and might be entoxicated”… this after they rode my ass for 2 miles “… but you looked dead as an arrow to me and i dont smell anything…”… so basically, they were just hoping they might catch me with something i wasnt supposed to have… like… they even said i was fine … but stopped me anyhow…
i was starting to get to know state cops around indiana by a first name basis! lol
i just hope to be able to get by w/o point on my upcoming ticket… what sucks is that i was only 31 days from gettin my points erased (ya know, if you go 12 months w/o getting a tickets, they take 3 off of your record)
You have to call penndot and find out if there is a reciprocation between the 2 states. This is becoming the norm nationwide. :fingerscrossed:
No, points do not transfer from other states… only the fines… TRUST me on that one… If they did I would be riding a bike to work every day…
i would appeal, get a lawyer and get ready to head downtown.
