nope, I’ve been watching videos online to try to figure it out…
I noticed after the 45 times I have tried to beat it, that the VW vans/Lotus always follow the same course. The only chance of overtaking them is at a corner but if you cut it too close you go off the track - shitty. The Lotus feels like you are driving on ice and has 1000lbft of TQ at 1500 RPM the way the ass end slides out lol.

I always buy all the dumb shit in the game. Supe it all up and go race. Makes the game more challenging. Anyone can run a Pagani R or LM car and win easy.
There is so much stupid shit in this game that they, not could, but SHOULD have axed and made other things better. That whole nascar thing…fucking gay. A good portion of those special events are stupid. Should have just incorporated them into regular use tracks and used the disk space for making the game better.

The intermediate challenge for the nascar is really easy and you can make some good $$ and it only takes just a few mins to finish all four of the challenges…well thats if you get golds anyway…

You should be able to get to be 6th after first lap hammer head, everytime.

the force feed back wheel and GT5 are the tits. played with the nascar you got with pre order. shit rips on any track, any one play with the 87 civic sir motule car?
with the top gear track, the first turn you have to break early on, the seccond turn before Chicago you just stay hammer down and blow right between the cars the gain 2 or 3 spots and then out break the next car on the inside, after that when you head into hammer head, just break late and you can get 2 more spots right there, after that your not going to get another spot till gambon.

Yeah mine did that update the other night, I didnt touch it for more than 5 mins yesterday. Had to get the real car running lol Yes the old Civic car is one of my favorites, it was in GT3 and 4 if I remember right. Hauls ass out of corners
So I’m disappointed, I can’t put a big turbz on my Murcielago. Oh well. I joined an online race on the Fuji track yesterday and managed to stop everyone in the race by doing excessive powerslides and donuts in the same spot.
Any other fellow Lambo GT5 owners here yet? I went with the lime green with color matched Volk G2 wheels. They got the exhaust note down good for the Murcie.

I bought a yellow Gallardo and put a full aero kit on it with white BBS LM-R’s. It also has full weight reduction. Power and suspension are stock, but not for long.
