Gsr swaped ek civic, need help asap

so man all said and done, you think it woulda been easier to tow it to the shop and have me do it?

i think the funniest fix i ever did was put a “dead” plug on the engine harness for the injectors bc for some reason someone took it off and never put it back on lol

Very true im soo glad its done now, I cant wait to help a few other people on here do one now that I have. This would have been alot more fun if it wasnt my only car.

it wasnt the wiring lol the injector clips were on the wrong injectors, i didnt even touch the injector wiring it self.

When I stopped over to check over his wiring I specifically asked him if he had the injector wires on the correct injectors as I could not remember off the top of my head which color went to which injector, that and I didn’t have a schematic available to me. He said yes. Oh well. Alls well that ends well good job.

While switching out the ebay sheet metal intake mani last night with 95d16turbo, somehow we managed to hook a coolant line into a vacuum port and vice versa or something happend . either way somehow coolant got into the head, the diagrams on honda tech suck btw.We ran the car for about 30 seconds and then there was a huge cloud of coolant coming out the exhaust and we killed it immediately. and now there is a small amount of coolant in the head visible through each spark plug hole.

From what ive been told by various people is to suck the coolant out or blow it out each hole. I have no clue how to do this and do not want to fuck this motor anymore, if anyone can help tonight i would really really appreciate it!!

just pull the plugs, crank the motor, spray some wd40 in there, you’ll be fine as long as you didn’t hydrolock it and bend a rod.

Alright, i really hope that works. We killed it as soon as the cloud of coolant came out.
