i survived as well, and suposedly still get the bonus in march as well since its based on last year. next year though, nothing but not much to complain about.
sucks though, my friend in marketing has his last day friday after 14 years
also a friend on my own team after 10 years is gone in april, not leaving friday since he is a funded head

I get the one in late march, but its not QSI. I am only a SA so mine is based on different figures. Last year it amounted to about a extra paycheck (2 weeks) and I was only part time then. Not really much but every bit helps

Thank god they bought that property in Manilla. Now they can hire more people you can’t understand and Ingram’s market share can decline further because their tech support and overall service keeps getting worse.

Just seen the layoffs from Ingram on the news. They said it was just temporary but it sounded like a load of BS to me. Sorry guys, I got canned from my job too. I even went to two temp services for work and still nothing.
sigh, no spanish chicks yet. still working. although if you had any idea what they looked like over here…you would never come back. ive been trying to find work since I got here, but there economy is worse than ours…

yea, thats how I feel right now. I’m picking up like one out of every 10 words, but its a mix of spanish and catalan.
Awww man… I just found out that one of my best friends growing up who referred me for this job and just proposed to his GF just got laid off.
