No Turbo, No AWD…$1500 in bolt on mods…
Sounds like your V6 was an awesome choice.
“headers, catback, clutch , 4.10 gears, DRs, Dyno Tune”
Headers, Catback, DRs, Dyno Tune, stock gears, No intake mods except maybe a drop in filter
just to clear that up
what is your point? RWD is better for drag…
lol the fact that he cant launch his car
I think Travis should invest in an extra set of wheels and 4 DRs and give that suby hell
:+1 give it hell damnit
He doesn’t nearly make the power necessary for DRs. He needs a better track if anything.
car needs a retune on q16 and im looking at mid 11’s @ 120+. thats all it needs. (and a better track that isnt uphill with rebar poking out at the 1000’ mark :confused)
There is nothing wrong with the track. Most of us here are comparing times based on the same 1320ft slab of concrete and asphalt. :nono
just because we all usethe same track does NOT mean theres nothing wrong with it. lebanon is shit. after some tweaks, im bringing my car to either NED, ENGLISHTOWN, or ATCO.
Yea, NHRA is rushing to bring events to LVD.
Perhaps ATCO/Island/ETOWN all like spending money on VHT for the hell of it?
:lol :crackup wait… did we just agree on something?! oh fuck. :runaway
And my friend needs a tune to go low to mid 11’s with the 300 dollar cam he bought…In the end modding an lsx is going to give you better results then your subaru. Thanks for playing
There are alot of people who have much worse local tracks. When I was stationed in Wyoming are local track in Douglas was covered in sand and stones and was 7100ft above sea level! Needless to say my car would run almost 2 seconds faster at LVD based on elevation alone. Some people only have 1/8 mile tracks as well :gay
His car is missing out on 1,000 RPM of powerband right now :ohnoes
double the cylinders… it SHOULD go faster. but he still needs slicks or drag radials to do it. i can run mine on all season tires as i drive it daily…dollar for dollar the V8 should win… but i aint givin up without a fight.
He is boosted via atmosphere tho
volumetric efficiency… look it up
True but that doesn’t mean “there is nothing wrong with LVD”.
From the sounds of it the track must have to be paved in gold to run good if youre AWD. Stallmer has no problem almost breaking 10s on it. and people come from Conn. Mass. Vermont, Ect to run there. Go to E-town if you want the advantage of a track that is knee deep in VHT crutch for traction. Im sure it comes at a price tho.
For the sake of arguement, everyone here except Arod runs at LVD and that is the only common veriable between any 2 cars on this site.
