There seems to be a blitz on all modified looking cars for those driving in York Region and Peel. Take a look at the posts from other forums below… They are being issued summons to appear for inspections and or towed!

This is messed up… We should get the modified vehicle owners club to get the media on this one… It’s harassment and profiling…
PS Watch out for undercover HEAT cars too… all black modded cars looking to race…
i agree…thats clearly harassment… for example, i saw a young girl in a neon pulled over and two officers were under her hood…i could tell that her motor was BONE stock…unless she was doing something wrong, her car didnt seem to “modded” to be pulled over…this is wrong!!!
**** the police, i pay taxes to get treated like shyt for follow the traffic rules… got 3 tickets a month ago for driving 60 in 60 zone all paper tickets …
i almost got a ticket today because i gave the broad a hard time, she pulled me over bc she could “hear my exhaust with her windows up”, its comin out east too boys no one is safe anymore…put a stock exhaust back on my car friday
A couple Maxima’s got a ticket to have their car re-emission tested and safety inspected for ride height. I agree. MEdia needs to get on this profiling.

Now would be a good time to step up and rally more people due to the increase in heat… But I know people want to see real progress and action; rather than requests for membership.
OMVOC needs the support of large aftermarket suppliers. This is a multi billion dollar industry that could be severely impacted by these actions. I think they would be concerned.
