I’ve know mike for a couple years now, after going in his first drift car (350z muff mobile) i know he doesnt mess around.
After seeing mikes previous builds, i knew the m3 was going to be serious. Honestly, the build thread does not do the car justice. In person, the car is mind blowing. the amount of money/blood/engineering/time in this is car is remarkable. everything is touched and impressive. From the NASCAR spec trans to the fully adjustable front end…it never ends.
Mike and myself shot some ideas around for the exhaust system and landed on a 3-4 inch system with a custom muffler section to meet with some tracks regs.
here are a couple shots i’ve touched up just to get the thread rolling. i have more i will post when im done running through them.
im sure will post a ton when the car is on the lift/dyno shortly.
I was pretty picky about exactly what I wanted for this. Jay spent a ton of his time working with me to make sure it was perfect and that I was 100% happy. I can honestly say this exhaust is a work of art, it’s so fucking good. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
As for the diffuser, we wanted to make sure it fit through the stock passengers side opening, but I will likely take a spare diffuser and trim the center section out of it so it is one large hole.
A huge  and thank you to Jay for kicking ass on this. Have him do your exhaust, you won’t be disappointed.
The muffler is massive. The work is incredible. I’m so sad when mine is done nobody will ever see it, but I know it will sound amazing! Car looks amazing too. But get it rolled out.
