Must Read Traffic Story. ISO: Good Lawyer.

its not that i think i should have gotten away scott free, i just think arresting me temporarily, and telling me to shut the fuck up, and then realizing your an idiot and i’m wasn’t lying to you about anything… but still giving me 6 tickets was a douche bag move. a speeding ticket, i would have just paid.

Yeah there is no need to treat you like that. A speeding ticket yes, but it wasn’t your car, but arresting you before you could give him information is just plan out fucked up.

sounds like officer romano, he’s a real cock sucker

edit: reading both pages pwn’s me

:banana I sold Mazzone’s brother is Touareg :banana

so you know him? i really wasn’t a douche bag either. I was so caught off guard, i honestly feel like i was driving, then i blinked and i was in the back of the cop car handcuffed. I didnt say anything bad to him, i answered all his questions with yes or no sir. I figured it would be better for me not to be an asshole, but it didnt seem to matter.

theres way too many new rambo police around this area these days

honestly, like… by all means write tickets, but god damn… when someone has a legitimate excuse, just because you’ve heard a million excuses doesn’t mean it should demerit theirs. If i ever get on the force, with any department, someone is going to def. deserve a ticket before i get pen happy and write them. Whatever happened to “slow down a bit bud, no big deal. have a good day”

I hope you become a cop some day! Man I’m gonna screw with you so bad. ;D

and i’m not gonna care… i mean part of the job requires you to be a hardass… with drunk drivers, or burglars… etc. but if someone just dropped off his buddy who was drinking, and is goin a little too fast, on his way to work, because he’s got a cold and he’s tired… and he apologizes and explains his situation AND hands you a PBA card, given to him by a good friend of the family, and you still write him for 53 in a 30? your an asshole. Oh and then you take the card, and don’t give it back.

btw, that happened to me last night.

You got another ticket?

I just met Andrew Jacobs and he’s handling a little traffic issue for me as well. Seems like a sharp guy and he actually had a game plan instead of just “I’ve been doing this for 58 years.” He worked some magic for Justin so mine should be easy by comparison.

What a douchebag :idiots

Dude I totally feel you pain. I my self have been bent over and fucked many times. I went to the police station, to get a poliece report for my stupid ass backing into a completely covered in snow fire hydrant. It blew my bumper to pieces, and my insurace company needs a report to do a claim. I walked away, with a unsafe backing (moveing violation), leaving the scene of an accident, tinted windows and was cuffed and almost given a disorderly conduct and didnt even get a fucking report which was my main reason for going there! Long story short, at the end of the ordeal, while I got cuffed, I speed dialed my famely friend lawyer and put him on speaker, while sitting there on the bench. the cop walked back to me to hand me the tickets and un cuff me, and my lawyer spoke up over the phone… you should hvae seen the cops face! He said he will be contacting the Sgt. first thing in the morning, and already contacted the Amsterdam Recorder. Next day, all charges were dropped.

I just spoke to my friend who is a dispatcher for a local PD. You can recieve tickets such as loud exhaust and window tint if you drive someone elses car. the moment you pull away, you are 100% liable for the vehicle. If you hit someone crossing the road becasue you cant see through the windows, your fault. If the tire flys off the car and casues an accedent, your fault. This is why I very, very rarely loan my car to anyone… and take extra care when driving someone elses. Dude, god forbid your buddy had anything in the car, drugs, gun… you would have been fucked.

I bitch and bitch every day about this shit. Between my hassels I posted, your story, the old man on the cooler geting a DWI… it blows my mind why people still argue with me over how come I dont respect an officer. This guy was tring to do his job, but once he messed up doing his job, he played if off the best he could. Just like some office dude, who photo copied the wrong TPS reports, just weasel your way out somehow.

I have seen some fucked up actions taken on many police officers behalf, but have YET to in my 25 years on this earth been helped out or assisted 100% satisfactorly by anyone behind a shield.

I think I will just drive around with NWA “F*uck the Police” on repeat from now on.

I just got a bullshit ticket today in Scotia for apparently rolling thru a stop sign which I know I didnt do. I was in the delivery truck on a back road and a Schenectady County sheriff pulled me over and said I rolled thru the stop.

I told him I stopped and he said I might have stopped at the stop sign but not past it like Im supposed to. WTF? Arent you supposed to stop at the stop sign?

I dont even know if this is worth fighting though. I cant afford to/dont really want to pay a lawyer a few 100 bucks for something so stupid. Should I just pay the fine?

The last time I got a bullshit ticket I paid the fine at the court and it never showed up on my record.

it isnt such a bullshit ticket… it is a “mover” 2 points. goodluck

EDIT I just re read it… He seriously thinks your should have stopped 2 times befor passing throught the intersection??@???111 WHAT? “Oh I am sorry to have casues an accedent I was just tring to stop twice befor I passed through the intersection”… give me a fucking break.

i like public enemy’s version alot better.

you should just defend yourself, im sure you can get it reduced to a parking on the pavement ticket or something. no points.

Chances are this cop is going to show up because they were on a ticket rampage today in that area.

Ive never been to a trial for traffic court before. Really I have no idea what to do. Id love to get it reduced.

Actually, I’m rather certain you are supposed to stop twice at a stop sign. Once at the designated area for you to stop (usually a thick white line) and then once past that while creeping up to look both ways for traffic.

There wasnt a white line and it was a clear intersection and there wasnt any other traffic.
