New car advice...

Wow you guys a pretty much the most sorry group of nigbots I’ve ever talked to.

I pay my insurance.
I pay for my cars.

It’s my 10 grand, I worked for it, and dealed cars to that amount of money. So fuck off.

My dad would finance it for me, having perfect credit. However, I’d pay it through him. $150 a month for a Mitsubishi is not a problem. Especially when i have a FULL RIDE to UB.

So what exactly am I paying for? College… no? Room and board? no.

Will I lose my job? No. It’s my family’s construction business, if anything I’ll make more money ha.

Moneys not the fuckin issue, I asked what car would you rather have.

A cheaper car, appreciate the shittiness of it and then get a new car. one winter with a crappy car will give you 20 years of experience with a nice car.

RWD is not fun in the winter… I’m gonna love it this winter when I take my ///M through it for shits and giggles

get the mitsu or subaru

if money is not the issue then why would u pick 3 piece of shit cars

then get a wrx atleast or an evo mr full ride to UB?

if you want to buy a new car, i vote for the subaru 2.5i. it will get passable gas mileage, be great in the winter, and is a decently fun car to drive.

If you didn’t want to get shit on, you should not have included your age, how much you make, and other details.

Just which one you should get.

Keep it sweet and simple, sweetcheeks.

EDIT: And have daddy buy the Subaru already.

v dub in the house yaaa

HAHA what people don’t understand about this full ride bit lol. If its honors he’s gonna find out that his “full ride” isn’t just here take the money, you have to still work at it to keep it lol

If he is athletics, Then I would love to see him have another job. Where you are lucky to have the summers free lol

I’d say the only two logical cars would be:

or

I know a few kids your age who had them, and the age of 17 is probably the most responsible age you’ll ever be.

people are so quick to jump and say the parents buy the cars, just put yourselves in the situation, did you buy yours or didnt you?

i bought both of my cars, straight cash for both, its pretty easy when you started working at a young age and didnt have shit to pay for, money stacks up pretty quick!

also, i would like to add, that this thread sucks.

i am all for jumping on idiots who post multiple “what car that i clearly cant afford should i buy next?” threads, but i dont get that vibe from him. the guy has 10k, wants to put it down on a new car, and seems to have the means to afford it. is it a good decision at 17? probably could find a better alternative, but really, who cares.

the funny thing is that there are people in this thread that have effectively torched thousands on abandoned project cars, new cars purchased and sold in the first two years of ownership, and buying and selling personal cars on a bi-annual basis. it is actually quite laughable.

I got my liscense about 2 month into being 16. Since then ive owned:

1998 Mazda 626
1999 f250 powerstroke diesel
1996 ford escort
1995 Audi 90 quattro
1997 audi A4 quattro
2001 audi a4 avant quattro

I know how RWD is, my family owns a 2wd silverado, a 2wd gmc 2500 van, and my powerstroke was a 2wd. All of which i drove in the winter.

None of the cars im looking at are RWD.

Basically, it’s his parent’s company. He doesn’t need a job.

MY PARENTS DIDN’T BUY ME A 22K CAR.

EDIT: who lives in buffalo, and buys a 2wd silverado? really? or any 2wd truck that also comes in 4wd.

Yea cause he’s going to afford an e92 M3… Great suggestion.

i’m guessing my sarcasm went right over your head.

So what the fuck is wrong with this car… If you are going to UB you don’t have to have some baller fucking car… The girls are all sluts, and will bang out even with out a car.

God, I love UB and the slutty womens

Make the decision yourself? Grow the fuck up? Btw i doubt you are paying taxes therefor you wont have an income therefore you wont be able to get a loan ever. I hope your daddys company doesnt go under for evading taxes

and btw LEGALLY you cant work any type of contruction until your 18 :fyi:

i doubt he has a full ride and if it was athletics why the hell would you pick UB. Good Luck keeping a 4.0 and making 2000$ a month

I guess mine went right over your head

Because its a D1 college… Full ride to a D1 college is no easy task my friend
