I just like every play being 100% and intense. In hockey theres alotta setup, and passing back and forth. Sometime i feel like falling asleep watching the sabres try to setup on a friggin power play. then they spend another 2minutes passing it back and forth not even taking shots. gets realy annoying and old very fast.

In hockey you can slide any player in any role and he can more or less do it. This is the reason a player can get traded, dress and start a hockey game in one day and still put up 4 points.

Yeah and they don’t trade anyone in football and have them start the same week.

the nhl will never fold?ya the nfl rules here in the states but anywhere else its all hockey or soccor.teams come n go but the original 6 will always be around.

lol hockey was the first sport i ever learned. Ive played organized ice hockey, fun roller hockey and organized floor hockey. i however prefer football since ive played this as well. Way bigger rush and ALOT more physical contact. Like i said, in football your getting contact everydown. in hockey if your not touching the puck your not getting hit. And if you do get hit its interference and a penalty.

I 100% agree with you that football has a lot more contact and more violent. But if thats all you were basing your arguement on, you’re missing the immense skill required to play hockey.

I played football all my life and love it, but I have to give credit to hockey for the all around personal skill required to play it.

Ive been called a terrorist because i dont like football or apple pie. Id rather watch hockey , personally I think that it takes more skill to play hockey as far as stickhandling, skating, and versatility to play both ends. Oh yeah and fighting is accepted and you dont read about nhl players as much in the paper for shootin up clubs and other stupid behavior.

I vote NHL for two reasons.

1. It gives me something to look forward to atleast 3 nights a week. And I can actually go to those games.

2. The players tend to be way classier.

lol, lotsa classy toothless wonders in the nhl skating around. They had to make a diving penalty because of all the classy nhl players faking penalties. The fighting is also realy classy. dont get me wrong its fun to watch but your kidding yourself if you think its classy.:lol:

Are you serious? A playbook is scripted, you can’t script hockey, it takes milliseconds of thought about what you have to do, where you have to go.

But killing animals and taking HGH is class

Also if anyone ever took physics, you would know that hockey hits are way more powerful. Force=mass x speed.

hockey is not to long its nice to have 3 or more games a week and 7 game playoffs…

here is a few good NFL players … some classie guys

NHL…faster paced, You can go a few min without a whistle where as in football the play stops every 10 seconds.

more games- Easier to watch and follow when you’re not limited to 16 Sundays

its def my favorite, but yeah I do like football too. Not super into it though, I mean I watch every bills game and would be pissed if we lost them (more-so looking out for buffalo than personal reasons) but I still like it

I like college basketball, nba is ok. dont make it a point to watch either, but i will watch it if it’s on

Yeah if by watch you mean go to sleep during, theres no way you can watch football and not get tired or bored. Its non stop stopping.
If you like watching football, watch golf. its about the same pace, and takes about as long to play one game.
