Of course there are going to be shady cops here and there, part of the game. But there is internal affairs for that. There have been many officers that have been falsely accused of crimes in which they didnt committ, just because they rubbed someone the wrong way, or something didnt go the way they wanted it to. Happens to damn near every officer at one point or another in their career, and until its substantiated, its usually BS.

Thats what happens when your job is to with hold the law. People will always abuse power and what better position to hold in which to do so.

this happens to be a topic which i feel strongly about. so much disrespect in here its appauling. people need to take a long hard look at their lives and values if they cant see that their perspective is severely out of whack.

Sure theres good cops (I know a few) but theres always the kind that think theyre above the law and can get away with anything.
Just look at Schenectady’s police force.

That’s what I was getting at with my ‘look who’s talking’ quoted reply. You call someone inconsiderate and a degenerate when they discuss this situation, yet when someone (including you) attacks my personal beliefs (which I am entitled to voice and have no reason to hide), it’s okay to attack that person and be inconsiderate towards them and their beliefs. How does that work? Aren’t you like 30? I’d think as an adult, you’d understand that logic, but evidently it’s over your head and the heads of many other users in this online forum. Notice how I NEVER bring up most of the shit I get attacked for, I am always caught replying to the bashing and attacking.
