I could use that also^ especially on the pass. side. Cant wait to bake the calipers into ā€œBrown-bosā€ again.

Jeller

That sounds like a good problem to have.

For people in Rochester, I’ll be leaving out 12:15 from Dunkin Donuts if you want to join me.
leaving at 12:15? Isn’t that quite early for the < 1 hour trip to Mighty? Since we should start arriving at 2 per above? I’d say 12:45 is probably more reasonable. I’d like to meet up with ya’ll first but I don’t really want to stand around for 45 min at mighty.

Patrick (dave moffitt’s rommate) will take the spot… he is signing up here right now and will PM + post. his boxsterS will be a fun addition
Ya know I was gonna ask next time I saw ya’ll what he bought post STI, I was driving around downtown yesterday on lunch and saw a S-box with who I thought was Pat driving. Neat! I shoulda waved.

I’m doing the last minute rotor and brake pad change tonight, too. Yay express shipping.
My baby’s new shoes are getting mounted/balanced right now. I’m bedding in new front and rear pads tonight, (that’ll be switched out and then put in at the tracks.), bleeding my brakes, securing my catch can, topping off fluids, remaking the middle portion of my exhaust to ensure that it’s secure (and eliminating about 19^6 leaks), swapping to my newer/cleaned/tested injectors, and adjusting my rear ebrake shoes. Then cleaning the car in/out and ā€œpackingā€. If I have time, putting a handle on my pass door.

In no particular order. Tonight. Starting at 6:30 PM lol.

edit: Woot Firestone just called, shoes are on. Yay.

My calipers are swapped, fluid is flushed/bled. All I got left, is an oil change, and fix my engine mount. I’ll be doing that later on this afternoon. I’ve never done this much work to my car in 1 day, LOL!

Everyone should start meeting at mighty around 2pm. For those comming from out-of-town, it’s the mighty taco on Sheridan Drive and Niagara Falls Blvd.
Sorry I don’t know the area real well There is a Mighty on Sheridan, and a Mighty on Niagara falls blvd. They are both about equidistant on the map I’m looking at from the intersection of the two aforementioned roads, so neither is near that intersection…

Which of these two locations do you mean?

3140 Niagara Falls Blvd.
(Near Robinson)

5495 Sheridan Drive
(Near International Dr.)

It’s actually the one on Eggert Rd. Below is a link.

2309 Eggert Road
(At Sheridan Drive)

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=2309+Eggert+Rd,+Tonawanda,+Erie,+New+York+14150,+United+States&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=48.50801,69.521484&ie=UTF8&cd=1&z=16&iwloc=addr&om=1

Ya its truely at the intersection of Sheridan Drive and Eggert Rd, in Yings Plaza.

Jesus Proto, you sound like an f’ing girl. :stuck_out_tongue:

Yes, I did mean 12:15pm because I’ve travelled with these people before, and we NEVER seem to leave at the correct time. We’re leaving at 12:15 so that we have plenty of time to stop for gas, get food, etc. as need be without stressing over being late. I don’t DO late.

If you want to leave with me, I’m leaving at 12:15.

New rotors are on, new pads are on and broken in, new sunglasses are bought, new driving CD is made, sunscreen is packed… I’m ready.

Quick last minute questions:

 1. Anyone know where I can get some race gas locally?

 2. Anyone know of a good, safe hotel to crash at in Buffalo/surrounding area?

Thanks

 1. C16?

 2. Tons of places fit that description. It depends on what area you are looking around.

Hampton inn (I think) on Main St. in Williamville would be a pretty safe bet, it’s set back from the road and certainly not the ghetto.

x…

They changed the import regulations at the border and I’m still out of race gas for a bit longer. :frowning:
