Thursday afternoon it is, usually park at the Union Ship Canal, in front of Gallager Beach, Dougs dive, or further up at the parking area by the little inlet and the 2.5mi loop that hits the old Pier. How far you want to go? I’m up for 6-8ish, stead pace, or shorter & slightly quicker. Teaching Spinning again tomorrow, and probably chest day in the AM thursday.
I’d be ok with 5-6mi at ~5mph? I can probably pick it up a bit, and I try not to stop for breaks. Any time?
Ran 3.5mi yesterday after a couple month hiatus and felt surprisingly good. ~8:30 pace. Now if I can just maintain a training schedule…
Wow 8:30, pretty darn good. My best was like 9:30 @ 2.2mi.
I was consistently running sub 8 for 5 miles a day before I got lazy.

Sounds good, I should be able to make it unless I get stuck at work, but it’s been very slow lately.

Sorry, it shows up on run keeper with your average speed. I guess I’d be about a 11:30min/mi for a 5-6mi run right now. I can try and keep up with whomever though.
I feel left out because apparently every one in Colorado is into running, so my goal for the rest of the year is to run on any day I don’t ride my bike. Best case scenario is I learn a crap load of new shit on my bmx
I’m used to mph too using mapmyride, I judge min/mile with remembering 10min = 6mph, sub ten min mile is moving pretty decent. I got two things to prove, jack and shit… I’ve lost 90lbs, I’m sub 200, and it’s all chedda’ from here. There’s always going to be someone bigger, stronger, and faster than you no matter what.
My Nike+ app does minute/mile and runners are categorized at the beginning of races in that format as well. It really doesn’t bother me that much when people use mph, I just don’t like doing the math in my head every time. lol
Been running with Spam16v. The fiancee, Spam, and I did 8+ miles on Sunday. Did 3 with drew on friday, and 6 with Spam on Thursday.
you dudes are too in shape, I couldnt even tell you had just gotten back on friday.
Wen only did 3 mi, and we had been back for like 30min before you got there. Tag along next time.
My Running days are Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sunday. Next Week are short runs nothing over 4 mi.

I could be game to tear up Delaware with some of you Parkside droogs, as the sun stays up later, pm runs as it cools down would be swell.
I jammed out 3Fri with Prog, 5 yesterday and 5 today both with my pops.
Man, the litter strewn about and the drug dealers postin up shop by the basketball courts seems wayyyy worse now than years prior.
