So last Friday some asshat hurt my knee in pick up soccer… I don’t know why people play so physical in pick up soccer… Anyways here is what my knee looked like when I got home (left knee).
Then I ran the friends of the night 5k on Sunday and it looked like this…
I have been icing and elevating a lot lately but the pain is still there… So I went spinning this morning to “walk” it off, that didn’t seem to work… got 20 miles in though. Tonight is supposed to be my long run night (11miles). Probably not a good idea, but I really want to go on this run lol…

I ran 11 miles yesterday with my fiancee despite the fact that I shouldn’t have. Average pace 8:40. Felt like a train hit me last night lol. Now I have to try not to play soccer tonight…
Ran 3 miles last night then (did something stupid) free ran/parkour/whatever you call it on/through a big playground (loops). It was a lot of fun but holy shit i am sore today.

did 10 100 meter sprints, at 100% racing my two buddies… then went to the gym and did squats. my legs BURNED for two days.
Much better for you than hours of running.

Interesting advice for the running thread.
Any running is better than couch surfing, but I feel sprints are a much more effective use of time for results.
