I think he is talking about Count Blah
Yeah, they must have updated it since I last checked.
I know details are slim, but wow that is one of the worst written articles I’ve seen.
I hate seeing people withing 1-3 years of my age… i dread the day it be somebody i know
Agreed, and it’s already been people I know more often than I want to remember. It makes my stomach drop.
Happened at 7:30… Guess that explains the police and ambulance pulling on to the 400 at 7:45 this morning that I had to pull over for. That sucks.
28 Year old Tom Vogt. I am pretty sure I know his wife. Went to school with her, sucks if that is who it is.
Pretty sure this is him then. Ugh… the profile pic change on 4/9 really hits home.

This is exactly why I said I’d never get another bike once my daughter was born.
Yeah it does. My marketing guy here at the agency was also friends with him. He is devastated right now since I told him. He drove past the accident this morning on the way in and had no idea it was his friend.
What are we at for the season? This is almost becoming a daily thing unfortunately. While cars are becoming safer, bikes are never going to get any safer I’m assuming than they are now. Maybe the gear a biker wears.
ouch… ya thats too close to my age and i was just riding on the 400 yesturday too on my new to me FZ1
jeez
Glad i sold mine. I miss it but I love the fam more
I’m going to sell my bike and car because people die on/in both of these everyday. In fact, I’m going to take my classes online and see if I can work from home. Hopefully this prevents me from dying at such a young age.
That’s like saying because I could die in a car accident tonight I might as well go home, bust out the .38, and play russian roulette. Either one could kill me so it’s all the same right? It’s about finding an acceptable level of risk for your situation. For me personally a bike was fine when I was single. If some old lady pulled out in front of me and I splattered myself all over the side of her Buick my family would be sad and I’d be gone but no one really depended on me. Now that I’m married with a kid it’s just not an acceptable level of risk to me anymore. Plus when I rode texting wasn’t even a thing. I feel bad for you riders out there today with cagers trying to touch type and drive at the same time.
This is so true, I have to think this is one of the biggest game changers for riders now a days
Still don’t want another bike.
I was being sarcastic lol. I understand where you’re coming from with the family thing. I just don’t like the people that have the mentality that selling something will make them invincible. You can own what ever you’d like with enough self control and awareness. You can get splattered along the side of a Buick walking through the Wegmans parking lot or sitting down for dinner while one comes through the front of a building as it seems to happen often here in WNY.
You have to admit though, riding a bike severely increases your chances of getting hurt/possible death?
i don’t think anyone sells their bike and then feels like they’re invincible. they simply remove that one somewhat risky activity from their lifestyle.
Someone from one of the black only sport bike gangs went down on the 90w-33w ramp on the second turn. I guess stretched swing arms and wide rear tires aren’t the best for turing.
