The only time I wear a t-shirt and shorts is twice a week to Karate which is literally 4-5 mins down NF BLVD. Other than that I wear a leather jacket/gloves/jeans no matter what the temps are outside.
My friend I used to ride with rode with shorts and a tee ONE time to drive 5 miles down the road to the post office to drop off a letter.
