It has to be SOOOO hot too I agree. I like the broth really flavorful and kinda salty as well.
i’ve got something hot and salty for you
cougarspeed’s new NY plate when he moves back:
Im not one of the people who started ranting about broth. I just like the dish. Love the noodle, cheap, huge, beef, can’t go wrong.
Well, OMGNOODLE doesn’t fit, so you’ll have to get that one.
Fine You pay for it and I’ll stick it on one of the cars lol
Hahaha oh boy
I asked if you were Viet. The best pho is homemade yo
Im not but if someone wants to make it I will most certainly show up and eat it.
I agree. i was in San Fran a couple weeks ago and stayed right in China town. Asked the desk clerk where I should go and she recommended me a place that was awesome.
Lol. Well, it has been a while since I ate Pho 99’s Pho. So, I suppose you may be right. I like their number 36 though.
Really, are you a cook at Saigon Bangkok? Is this the one in Transit Rd.? If I am not mistaken, the one in Niagara Falls Blvd. got burned, right? I definitely would like to try Saigon Bangkok’s Pho again.
what about PHO@FGGT?
Viet gf votes 99 pho, hands down
I cook at the one on Niagara Falls BLVD. We’ve been back in business for a while now. The one on Transit is my brother.
Lunch:
damnit, now i want some pho and spring rolls… the nuoc mam dipping sauce… mmmmmmm
Did you get the tendons and tripe?
No, they used to serve it to me with the rest, but I never ate it After a couple times, it started coming just with regular beef stuff/meatballs.
Ugh. No entrails for me either.
lived 2 minutes away from Pho, Veitnamese, Japanese, Greek, and an Irish pub when i was in West Hartford… Then before that i was near all that and a bag of chips in Houston Tx.
I personally like Saigon Cafe over the others, but I’m biased towards restaurants in the city.
Wait so which of these are actually in or near north buff?
