PlastiDip whole car.

lol I dont think that stuff would hold up in Buffalo weather … :gotme:

that’s unreal how little prep work is required and how easily that shit peels off where you dont want it to be…

Interesting, no real good pics of the car when it’s finished on his website though. I would like to see more.

poor audi.

It will hold on the body or wheels.

oh dip

You can get the gallons in hot pink, that would make for a really great prank.

I should do my track car so it looks like less of a beater

I just used some today. Came out pretty well. One edge I got too close with the tape.
Cool poduct.

I dip some stuff before
I plan to dip MY badges
I’m actually thinking of dipping My dd before winter
Maybe it will protect it from salt
Then just peel it off in the spring

I am with this guy^

You have no idea how tempted i am to paint this datsun in the new gun metallic grey plasti dip.

I had this on my bmw’s wheel, it peeled right off when winter was over

It’s harmless to the car and paint. I’m shooting the evo next weekend. Here’s a link to EVOM, this guy’s looked like shit because he didn’t keep it clean but it shows you how easily this stuff comes off and how flawless the paint is after.

Do they make clear plastidip? Chrome?

it works great. ive used it on my truck

they do make clear…should make the flat black look glossy

This is not a bad idea for older cars that have beat paint, but are still structurally strong…

I am looking into doing this on my 95 k1500, its mint, just needs new paint.

Friend of mine just ordered the kit…were doing his in matte black, then im gonna order just the gallons of paint and do my eclipse in matte white. ive wanted to do this for a while, but i reallly didnt want to do it with spray cans.
