hey awesome,
I was surprised to see this on son, but here you are I was reading about this stuff about a month to two months ago. Its pretty sweet. I’ll keep an eye out for this
Keep it up, good stuff so far.
if you can find something for a reasonable price, buy something thats not tremec, those trannys are garbage
but, they’re cheap and so are the rebuild kits (400-500 i think for a full rebuild)
okay so updates plz… waiting…
ADAM…I HATE YOU! You should give everyone a ride to see what a 240 feels like with torque
hahahhahaahahah. I remember I used to go through crucifixions on this board from some of you when I talked about the V8 302HO in my FC.
hahahah…
This is awesome to read.
Glad to see your eyes can be a little more open to other powerplants.
Cheers.

so I have a few more parts to get, and then I can start swapping the engine in and doing all the mechanical things…
then the friggen wiring starts…
did u get the wiring figured out yet?
Also is it started ro anything? i read this whole thread, ls1 seams like a nice idea
http://silviav8forums.com/forum/index.php
great site with info on these swaps in this site. if you wanna read more i will go there.
SO… did this get finished up yet?
sorry to chime in so late, but I just joined up after buying a kouki s14 and my other car is a LS1 FC rx7
best of luck on the swap, its not too hard at all, just doing everything the first time is a lot of guesswork for rad. hoses, where to snag wiring for hookups, etc. and yeah t56’s are NOT cheap!
ya gotta love the thread title!
