response to shifty_nissan

Don’t lock the thread yet, I want to see what happens. I myself do not want to get screwed in the future. Let new members read this so that they can learn from someone elses mistake.

And I agree, this is between SilverLink and Multisynclg. SilverLink should not have to deal with shift_nissan or whatever.

so why are you posting

its unfortunate, but it looks as if Tim may be filing a 3rd party claim against the person from whom the motor originated…

as far as testing it, the original sellers word was good enough initially, and it didn’t have a starter or tranny bolts, so are you going to spin the crank pulley with a huge wrench and get a real comp. test…

not to get in the middle, but who was the originally shifty owner…?

Oh no!! No starter or tranny bolts! What ever could he have done… .funny though didn’t he SELL a working start to the buyer… .guess he could have used that one eh?

yeah I suppose he could have ziptied the starter on since the tranny bolts weren’t included…

I just trying to add another dimesion to this story, as opposed to your unecessary sarcasm… try another method of humour, I know they are more difficult, but typically funnier

get real.

Do you actually believe any filing is going to happen here on a used motor set when no receipt or serial numbers are in writing that prove anything? Legally, shift_nissan has no obligation to that motor, the block couldve been swapped at anytime from the time shift_nissan sold it and when silver link received it.

All that there is left is what is between the current owner of the motor and the person who sold it to them.

Silverlink has 2 options:

  1. Take matters into his own hands (prolly the best option… farmer)
  2. Learn from this experience and spread the word so that no one else gets “scammed”

No legal action will be taken, and is a total waste of time and money. So please stop being retards.

IMO whoever’s motor it was knew it was fucked, why sell a perfectly good motorset and get another one?

don’t you amateurs know the first rule of business? Protect your investment, get a receipt you fucks. If the seller doesnt comply, tell him/her to go fuck themselves.

exactly what im saying why would he do all the work done on an sr get it powdercoated, get the harness ect ect, and then sell it to then buy another Sr? Doesnt really make sense…

from what i remember from law, legal action can be taken, even with no receipt, serial number, yaddy yaddy yadda

its just a bit harder to prove shit - thats where witnesses come in

this issue is being worked out between the buyer and my friend.

shift_nissan - all youve done is lie and you will get whats coming to you & and know it

just so everyone knows - After bill got a hold of this guy he claimed he was in jail.

Dont watch me - Watch T.V.

hurricane - i dont understand why your still posting, but
the motor came with a starter, It wasnt any good, it was so dirty we took it to partsource to get a free check, they said it was bad, davey rebuilt it.

lewts
why sell a perfectly good motorset. - I asked countless O.G’s on son who comes to my house on the reg about it, and they were all saying the same thing… go buy a clip. so thats what davey did.

just so everyone knows if I knew the motor was in this condition it wouldnt have bought it, let alone sold, it would have been parted

dan you and I BOTH know I dont know a lot when it comes to indepth detail of motors etc

darian was the one who did all the work on my motors
you guys need to waiting for me to slip up, because im not doing anything wrong purposely.

Selling an untested motor and SAYING its fine is shaddy and stupid… end of story.

And I’m still posting because your stupidity makes me laugh once in a while… don’t like it… don’t read them.

dustin, why you got to be that person?

all i got to say is i am glad i’m not the guy who sold that motor to martin and farmer.

jeffey i will fuck you up
