Time to get my hands dirrty under the car!
Ill be adding a modded 3" SR downpipe with a big 3" resonator just before the cutout to give a more throaty tone than raspy.
I did the same for my old red car and it was just as cool as my 1st SR swap!

I got really bored and creative but this is my rough in-vision when its all sewn together.
The numbers are references to how many separate pieces of material will be sewn together to form the whole door.
I’m not sure on which panel/seat insert design ill use threw out the car, the black dots is “ostridge leather” which looks like so
Cutting up a 3" SR down pipe with a vibrant 3" in/out 18" long resonator just before the cutout. Cutouts sound wayy better with a strait through res to deepen the tone
Just lucked out with the clocking of the E cutout, the cat back will remain oem with minor modification. I jacked up a solid pipe indenting the undercarriage where the resonator is to tuck it up for ground clearance.
down pipe is completely done, added a little turn down to the dump to keep the heat and flames from my drive shaft.
Mod’d the S14 door handle bracket and connecting rods(currently zip tied until i weld them together) Door switch wires are colour coded the same for S13/S14 which was super easy how ever the electric lock switch is unused atm since S13s never had a switch to lock the doors inside electronically.
Now that the dash and panels are all aligned and functional im going to start making the kick pods for the speakers in the doors.

Picked up a yard of 20gauge charcoal vinyl for the rear window. The whole top has to come off for the window to be sewn in…lol sigh…
Starting to make 1/2"MDF 6.5 speaker rings with a 1/2" flush mounted lip. Just a bit overkill for 6.5" speakers 
Still more than enough leg room for comfort.
Picked up an upper intake plenum to forward face the cold pipe.

This is coming along great man, you have a PM about some seats.
Stretching an old T-shirt over the door panel to get the desired look.
applying the mat and fiberglass resin. I left the panels out side with a radiant heater facing them and it took 2 hours to harden solid, also helps to be on the heavy side with the hardener.
This is looking very good so far Devin, i’m going to be attempting a set of custom door panels for my s15 dash soon enough, i just hope i can pull it off as good as you do…

Finished all the body work
Spent 8 hours making custom patterns
4-5 hours sewing it up
A few hours left to go finishing the edges and seating the speaker in all he way then repeat on the other side minus 8hrs for patterns I cant wait to shinnne it up!

One down one to go, insert is still undecided. I think im going to copy the chevron angle of the side marker lights onto the inserts, custom tailored interior to the body just like how i custom fit the gucci lingerie to the body.
Got bored of doing the panels so finished up the cluster and started on the HUD. Cluster trim still needs to be modified to fit the S13 cluster then wrapped.
I pulled the windshield to cut the dash and fit the HUD, it took many tweaks and cuts.
Just need to get some more illumination with the fuel gauge with some hot glue and more LED’s.
Unreal amount of effort here man…keep it up.
