The best way to do this job:

Put car on 3 scissor jacks
Rip and tear struts out fast as possible
Clamp vice grips on the bottom of shock piston
Impact top nut off with assembly between two tires
Swap springs
Impact top nut on hard
Cram back into car

This should take about 10-15 minutes per corner if you really rush.

-You want springs installed
-$700 is too expensive
-$700 is totally justified because of overhead, book hours, etc.
