You have no idea what your talking about.

No ehh, cuz u can GAURANTEE a split second of starvation here or there will blow a motor. gimme a break bud.

that sucks.

its a tough call though, i had a minor dent in my oil pan and starved my motor of oil when i first got it and it still lasted a few years of heavy abuse.
