I believe swifty took trav’s STi for a rip several months ago (yes, the clutch has been “slipping” that long) and claimed that he didn’t notice it.
im stating that anyone that wants to post gate fee can run the car and feel for themselves what the car is doing. john has driven the car and felt it slip… joey (k20) and mark (mcbitchin) have both been IN the car while its slipped… they know for a fact it slips. and trust me i sure as FUCK know it slips. yes im sure theres shit wrong, i just wanted a time to shut people the fuck up… i KNOW its got more power than the traps indicate as i pulled bretts gti AND pauls camaro a few nights prior and they BOTH trap higher than 103-104… brett is 105+ and paul is 107-108+ and from a roll i pulled away from both… not by much but i did. heatsoak was a bitch im sure… no ice between runs.
benny… the thumbs down was after i missed 5th… that was an 86.16mph trap…coasting through in neutral.

iight ive driven the car and been in it numerious times the clutch is fuckin destroyed i really have no idea how its moving but its to the floor with no play its shot and it needs one desperatly that is all
Some people say its destroyed while others say it is not. It makes sense if it is. Not sure how LVD passes are going to fix it though?

There is only thing I don’t understand about all of this, WHY are all of these issues still present MONTHS later. You drive a $20,000 car and you can’t afford a clutch or for fucks sake, an 02 sensor?
i can afford certain things… but if the car runs and drives, (for the most part) i have other things i enjoy spending my money on… a nice night out with the g/f, a few relaxing rounds of golf… something that has a higher return on my investment than a car that will only depreciate more with age… the car will get fixed in time… sooner rather than later, i just wanted some kind of time to post… not what i had hoped for, but it got the job done.
